The motorcycle aftermarket has changed significantly in recent years, with discontinued motorcycle models, manufacturer acquisitions and mergers, and supply-chain changes making some specialty parts increasingly difficult to source.
Fortunately, the overwhelming majority of our manufacturers continue to supply products normally. When possible, we have also worked directly with manufacturers to help keep discontinued parts in production for our customers. Most current availability issues are limited to just a few manufacturers who have not confirmed whether certain products are temporarily unavailable or discontinued.
To maintain the widest possible selection for our customers, we continue to list products until we receive confirmation that they have been discontinued. Our website does not display real-time inventory, and a product listing does not necessarily mean the item is physically on our shelf or immediately available from the manufacturer or distributor.
Pacific Coast Cruisers has been serving riders for more than 25 years, and we take customer trust seriously. In most cases, payment is not processed until an order ships. When we receive confirmation that a product is discontinued or unavailable, we update the listing and notify affected customers as quickly as possible.
