We try to ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours* (excluding weekends or holidays). If an item is not in one of our regional warehouses, we have additional warehouses and agreements with many manufacturers to fill your order which may require additional time. Additionally, we have developed relationships directly with manufactures to save time by shipping items directly to you. Shipping times on items that ship directly from the manufacturer will depend upon their current lead time.
ORDER STATUS: If you have a question about your order status, please wait until the 48 hours (mentioned above) is complete. We make every attempt to ship your order as efficiently as possible. There is absolutely no benefit for us to delay shipping an order as we do not charge your credit card until the item ships (you may see a funds "authorization" on your account, this is done by your bank not by us).

CHARGES: If a charge or authorization appears to fall off from you bank account, that DOES NOT mean your order has been cancelled. Bank authorizations generally drop off after a few days. We will charge your card when the order ships.

TRACKING: In most cases tracking information will be sent to the e-mail you provided when you placed your order. Check your e-mail (including spam or junk email folders) for tracking confirmations. In certain situations, such as drop shipped orders, you may not receive tracking information since the shipping label may be generated by the manufacturer.  
BACKORDERS: If an item is on backorder from a manufacture (requiring over 7 business days), we will attempt to contact you via the e-mail address you provided during your order. As soon as a backordered item arrives we will ship it automatically.

MISSING PARTS: As mentioned above, we may ship parts directly from certain manufacturers to you. This means in some cases, you may receive multiple shipments on a single order.

CANCELLATIONS: We do not cancel an order due to a manufacturer backorder without specific instruction from the customer. If you need to cancel an order, it must be done by calling the number below (not via e-mail) before the order has been processed for shipping and may be subject to cancellation fees and / or restocking fees.

THANK YOU: We realize it is simple to make aggressive phone calls or derogatory comments on social media, but please understand, we have no control over a manufacturer's backorder or extended shipping times. We will always do our best to get your order shipped as quickly as possible.

* items such as PCS seats, Monster Series / Xtreme Series exhaust pipes, other custom or not "off the shelf" items will often take longer to ship depending on the riding season and other circumstances.
