Our concern is that the cost of a quality aftermarket seat is unreasonable for most riders. So, from the day we began building seats, we dedicated ourselves to keeping the price of our seats very affordable. This means we continually get a very large number of orders which can affect the lead time for delivery, especially during the peak riding seasons. The overwhelming majority of our customers understand the wait can be longer than desired, but accept that due to our price and quality.
So, due to the high volume of seats we produce, we do not commit to solid deadlines or entertain complaints about seat lead times. Lead times are directly affected by the speed and efficiency of seat cores being returned by our customers. Please be assured that no charge will be placed on your card until your seat has shipped. If you call us we will do our best to keep you updated with estimated times regarding your shipping status. If the seat is outside of your desired time frame, we will understand if you want to cancel your order, but rest assured more than 95% of our customers who have purchased our seats now realize it was well worth the wait. We could of course, in attempt to reduce the delivery time, raise our prices significantly to slow down the number of orders. But as a company we have deliberately chosen not to. We thank you for your understanding.
We try to ship most orders within 24 to 48 hours* from the time of order (not counting weekends or holidays). If an item is not in one of our regional warehouses, we have additional warehouses and direct contacts with many manufacturers to pull your order from which may take additional time on some orders.
We have made many agreements directly with manufactures to save time by shipping items directly to you. Shipping times on items that ship directly from the manufacturer will depend upon their current lead time.
If you have a question about your order, before calling please wait until the 48 hours is complete. Please check your email for tracking confirmations. We make every attempt to ship your order as efficiently as possible. There is absolutely no benefit for us to delay shipping an order since we do not charge your card until the item ships. (an "authorization" on your credit card may appear on your account. This is done by your bank. An "authorization" does not actually remove funds from your account)
If an item is on backorder (over 5 business days) from a manufacture,
we will attempt to contact you via the e-mail address you provided during
your order. When the backordered item arrives we will ship it/them automatically.
It is easy to make aggressive phone calls to us or comments on
social media, but please understand, we have no control over manufacturer
backorders or extended shipping times. We will always do our best
to get your order shipped as quickly as possible. We will not
cancel an order due to a manufacturer backorder without specific instruction
from the customer.
*items such as PCS seats, Monster Series, Xtreme Series exhaust pipes and other custom or not "off the shelf" items will often take longer to ship.
When you placed your order, you received an "order confirmation" e-mail. Once your order ships you will receive an e-mail with your tracking number to the same email address. You can track the package by using the link provided in the e-mail. PLEASE check your "spam" or "junk" email folders before calling if you do not see it.
Some items may be on backorder at the manufacturer level, we have no control over this. We attempt to keep most items in stock, but occasionally an item is not. So additional time may be needed to ship your order. When calling about backorder information, we can only relay to you the information that is provided to us by the manufacturer. We recommend calling us before you order if you are concerned if a product is in stock or not. When backordered parts arrive they take priority and ship out as quickly as we receive them.
Don't be alarmed. We regularly ship items from different warehouses or in some cases directly from the manufacturer. So items may arrive in different shipments. In most cases this is done to save overall shipping times. Separate shipments will produce separate tracking emails. Check for additional emails to see if there are additional shipments.
