Statement and Updates
At Pacific Coast Cruisers our first concern is with the health of our employees, our customers and our industry. Our sincere thoughts and prayers go out to those who have been affected by
COVID 19 whether it be health, job status or other circumstances.
Fortunately, at Pacific Coast Cruisers we had already begun patterning our company in a way that complies with the recent government recommendations such as “social distancing” and others
long before the COVID 19 event. Whenever possible we have allowed our employees to use technologies such as tele-commuting, tele-conferencing, direct drop shipping and others to perform their
jobs. This allows them the advantages which come with working from home offices, or only commuting to our warehouse and offices minimally. We are continually looking for new technology and
advancements to keep performance up and prices down.
So, at this time we see very little or no restrictions that will affect our company’s internal ability to continue to take orders, help with customer support and help keeping our industry
Unfortunately, while we will continue to take orders and ship them to you as quickly as possible, we cannot control the decisions our manufactures and suppliers choose to make at their places
of business. Currently only some of our suppliers have been affected by state and local laws that prohibit them from efficiently providing their products to us. NOTE: This will not affect
the contents of your order. For example, if you order a part that is supplied by one of these suppliers, we will fill the order as soon as the part becomes available again.
So, as we move through this period, please be safe. Take the time to enjoy your family when possible, take time to go for a ride and enjoy some fresh air, and finish up the build you always
wished you had time for. We will be here for you.
The governor of Washington state has issued a "Stay at home" order to all non-essential workers. Although we have had no COVID 19 health impacts at Pacific Coast Cruisers, manning our
warehouse due to this order will be sporadic at this time. Please call us before coming visiting us to verify our
current status and availability. Most online orders will continue to ship.
Effective immediately, UPS has suspended their guarantee of services times to all United States cities. This action is being taken due to Covid-19 restriction that varies widely from county
to county and state to state. This action will not prevent shipments from occurring, but it may cause delays beyond their normal shipping times. We apologize for any delays.
USPS Priority Mail’s two and three day service commitments now will be extended to three and four days respectively. Customers will continue to receive end-to-end visibility and improved product
tracking, as well as up to $50 in free insurance. First-Class Package Service (FCPS) two and three day service commitments will also be extended to three and four days respectively.
